Extreme lag after latest update

Since the latest update the game has become unplayable for me.

I play on PC with the following specs: RTX3080, Ryzen 5 5600X, 32GB RAM 3200hz.

Before the update I had no issues at all and my friend who I play with has no issues being on his PS5.
