Lag after last update August 15 (V1.11)
Hello, Since the last game update (August 15), I can no longer play F1 25. As soon as I get in the car, the frame rate drops to 28 frames per second. The graphics settings haven't changed, I even tried drastically reducing the graphics but it doesn't change anything. All my other games work perfectly on my computer, even with very high graphics settings (Battlefield 2042, ACC). I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, but that didn't change anything. Even updating all my graphics drivers and others didn't help. Thank you
High ping (200 ms+)
For some reason, on f1 24 I have average ping about 20ms, but for F1 25, whenever I go into a race (career mode) the ping just shoots up to about 200ms and consistently stays there and I cannot race properly, is this a problem with the game itself? The ping is perfectly fine on other F1 Games. I do not have a VPN and I am using ethernet See ping on the top right of the image attached.
Disconnecting From Races
I am constantly being disconnected from multiplayer grand prix and ranked races. The first issue is randomly an error screen will pop up for 10-30 seconds and then go away and If I haven't crashed out of the race, I am left with damage and being 30 seconds behind where I was. The second issue is flat out disconnecting and not being able to continue on. Both of these issue make me lose licence and ranked points.Unable to Join Lobbies
Constantly on multiplayer grand prix, I will be given an error when joining lobbies. This error seems to happen 2-4 times in a row and means that after waiting for however long for a lobby that I want to join, it ends up starting a new race without me and I have to wait again. This bug also seems to not happen once the lobby has no more free cars and after the race has started.Safety car problems at the end of the race
At the end of the 100% Canada race, one driver retired on lap 67, prompting the safety car to be deployed. On the next lap, which was lap 68, the safety car was sent in again. The remaining 17 drivers finished the race, but encountered problems after crossing the finish line. Unfortunately, it is common for drivers to crash after crossing the finish line. This is what happened here, as the game sent out the safety car this time. I haven't seen this happen very often before. The lap display jumped from 70/70 down to 67/70. During a 100% race in Canada, you could see cars driving for others on the start and finish straights, even though they were stopping in the pit lane. I'm having the same problems reported on here again after the latest update. The hotfix in v1.08 did fix the issues for me, but they are back again in the latest update. In all game modes the game is really laggy. In any mode where the AI is controlling the car it runs smoothly until it hands over the user, then the lag starts immediately. I'm playing on PC via Steam. According the steam overlay I'm getting between 70-100fps, but the game feels like it's running more like at 15fps. I'm using a Moza racing wheel and the force feedback is being absolutely bizarre. It's constantly firing left and right. I've attached a video where you can see the lag starts in a soon as I get control and you can see the steering wheel constantly going left and right as I fight the force feedback. This wasn't happening on v1.08 and isn't happening in other games. If I start the game through Moza pithouse rather than through steam then the lag is definitely worse, but it still very hard to play when launched through steam. Strong FPS drop when playing on the steering wheel
When playing with a wheel, I experience significant drops in frames per second (FPS) from 200 to 130, but when I switch to an Xbox gamepad, the number exceeds 200. My wheel is a Moza R5. This happens on every track, in all game modes, in all weather conditions, and with the same graphics settings. This issue doesn't occur in other racing games. like honestly i have already reported the same bug and thought it would get fixed in the new update but IT DIDN'T i get normal 260 fps and then i goes to 100 fps and its super annoying it throws you off your flow and i tried EVERYTHING verify in game files update drivers lower settings re-download LIKE PLZ I CAN NOT PLAY THIS GAME LIKE THIS JUST FIX THIS i can not even play normal career mode
