Me and my friend finished the first season of our 2 player career mode, and a bunch of teams started signing driver icons. There was no setting to turn it off, and we can’t go back on it at all. Basically a waste of an entire season. This is broken and needs a fix asap. Can’t even start another one until I know this won’t happen again

Is there an update on this please?
I am experiencing the same issue. I restarted my Two-Player Career with a friend specifically to disable the Icon Drivers, only to find that there is no option to turn them off. This significantly impacts our enjoyment of the game. I kindly ask for a prompt fix, as it takes away a lot of the fun from the experience.
Unfortunately no. Keep getting people to upvote and hopefully soon. So frustrating though, we’re all in the same boat of finding out about this after 30+ hours of gameplay. Pretty brutal.
Terrible that there is no option to turn this off. Finished a season and same thing, many icons are signed to teams which ruined the career for me and my friend. Please provide an option to turn off icon drivers.

haven’t been able to play my career for nearly 2 weeks as this stupid bug tilts me so bad and also cannot start a new one!!!

I know we only have 21 upvotes, but that doesn't mean it doesn't need to be fixed. It's a pretty basic thing to let people not include icons in their season. Me and my friend just finished our first season and ran into this with Verstappen being dropped from RB for Senna.Hi CM_TGK - any chance for an update here?
Hey, he replied to a reddit comment I made a few days ago~ he said it would be fixed not in this patch, but the next one coming for season 2. Definitely frustrating but at least it’s getting patched
