I'm experiencing the same symptoms. I'm playing on PC Steam. I can't chase ai in a low level room despite the high tech level. The gap is getting wider.

have you done the work around by dismantling your vehicle parts back to 100 do not lose your 1000 parts put on a part you dont want then dismantle do this for all vehicle parts only leave the team section alone your car will be faster than it is now
