F1 25 World Car Slow At 600-1000 Tech for PC Users

This issue is PS5 as well, we play with 1 friend that have a PS5 and as soon he hit tech level 600 the car was slower and undrivable.

There is lots of variables you need to remember. Is he in higher tech races than his tech level, what bonuses and perks is he using, what quality parts is he using. We play with many PS players and no one seems to have the issue, only on pc. We've got guys who have gone from PC to PS or Xbox just to solve the problem. Lets not get ahead of ourselves and create an issue on other platforms when its not a definite problem. 

Can you list what setup, parts, quality hes using and what tech level he is and what level events hes going in. 

We have folk on PS and Xbox who are ridiculously fast and consistently setting mad laps deep into races, its always the PC ones left behind 

So I have reduced my world car to 500 by putting 900 parts on all legendry parts and car is much quicker than using 1000 parts on my team side only. on vehicle side I'm still at 100 on all parts we have waited long enough now for this to be sorted out EA_cuervo we need an answer as to whether this is going to be sorted out its very frustrating keep being left in the dark all the time its just rude and unprofessional for such a big company over 6 months and still waiting bad

I don't like to nag about it, but is there any progress at all? I would imagine it was looked into by now. Do the developers know/not know what the issue is, or should we finally give up hope and move on?

I'm unable to do that, so unfortunately I get stuck trying to keep the car parts on Greens with no Engine boosts, weight reduction, or drag boosts across all the components. Seems to work for scaled down events when I'm not hosting (when I host and I get scaled down, I'm significantly nerfed and cant keep up with half the tech level AIs). I'm also underpowered on events that are equal or higher tech level (4-6 sec per lap). Unfortunately I wont get to 1000 tech without grinding through this and not knowing whether I'll be slow or competitive each race - I feel bad for letting other people down.

Because of this, it affects all players since any PC participants are a lottery in invitationals in terms of being able to contribute to the points for the target. Fixing this would improve QOL for all players and improve the success of this game mode. Hopefully they realise this at some point and that invitationals could flourish if they spent time investigating the algorithm that is messing it up (why even use a different algorithm for PC players in the first place is beyond me).

From what I see, PC players aren't rare, they are usually around 30% of participants inside invitationals.

There are a few PC players that have secretly solved their speed problems. They have not publicly shown how to do it around 500 tech. My advice to all that have this problem, is to ask them. F1 25 world is very secretive of these setups, so try to befriend someone.

It almost seems like they think we're wrong on the matter.  

The fact that our problem was never listed here despite being "investigated" is laughable.

This is not an exhaustive list of everything the development team are working on. Just because an issue is not listed above does not necessarily mean it's been ignored.

If an issue is added to ⏳ AWAITING PATCH ⏳ this does not mean it will be addressed in the next patch but will be included in an upcoming patch.

The disclaimer is great, but in reality it's been months for this article alone (not to mention the dude who originally raised this issue) so it DOES feel like it's been ignored.

At this point it is obvious the people in control of fixing bugs don’t play on a pc or maybe stopped playing F1 25 Invitationals totally.

Most of my friends are on PC and can’t compete on an equal basis, so they are moving on with this game.
