F1 Account suspended

I bought the game at 7th july, activated it and didn't played it because i waited for my sim rig.
I first time turned on the game at 23rd july and i already got a notification in game that my account is suspended. Before i played less than 5 hours through steam with ea play trial version of f1 25 and it was private lobby with friends. Never cheat or broke any rules in any EA game. There is nothing on here: https://help.ea.com/en/my-ban-history/

Already made 2 cases through this website https://help.ea.com/en/solutions/?product=ea-account&category=manage-my-account&topic=dispute-ban-suspension

First time i got ask for some details about account, some support code and was told to make another case through the same link. I did it, provided screen from in game about issue and got once again asked to make case THROUGH THE SAME LINK, 3RD CASE. Like anyone even reads what i write in those cases and emails? Can i finally get some help because i can't play the game i paid for? Can i message someone else directly to get any idea what is going on?

    Hey there, I'm locking this thread since it's a little bit old. Feel free to create a new thread in the forums if you still need help, but regarding bans there is not much we can do here on the forums. The best way to appeal a ban is to follow the instructions here.

    P.S. 10 months later the ban says I used unauthorized enhancements. The only thing I have is the rig, so I don‘t know what else it could be. Probably just going to give it to a lawyer

    Hey, did you get a solution to this? I had / have exactly the same issue. Bought the game to play against my son on two rigs. Ban after a few hours. Only direct play, nothing else. The only thing I have is the rig software (next level racing). Got nowhere with support.

  • I use the same account i write you right know, the same that i'm logged in on ea app and i see the games i know f1 and bf1, and the same i use to write those cases to support. How can i have more than 1 account on the same email adress? Was even answered by my account name so support knows who they are talking to.

    Hey Deskovic​ we cannot help with any account or ban related issue here on the forums.

    If being asked to repeatedly make a case then it is likely the case that you have more than one EA account and the account you are contacting through is not the one with the ban.
