f1 25 doesnt work
hi ea guys, i just got a f1 25 but when i try to connect to online its stucks on error in attachment i trried literaly EVETYRHING i mean: TCP and UDP ports (by DMZ) re link account ipv4 ipv6 create another user on pc vpn and proxy reinstall anti cheat reinstall game i doesnt remember all of what i do, EA troubleshot tips i also tried if you remind me, I'll tell you whether I tried it or not. 2631071469:S UPD: i tried to change password and game does not opening
Theres no name or badge or currency in the top right corner in the menu
since i once closed my game and then opened it again trough a join button on steam with a friend my game has been missing stuff, theres no name,badge, currency or alltogether the shop, paddock pass, friends page. plus my timetrial closes when im loading in the loading screen. pls help.CANNOT LOAD INTO ANY ONLINE RACE (PS5)
Since this season 6 update - i havent been able to race in ANY league races or anything online for that matter - i have cleared cache from my ps5, rebuilt database on safe mode - tried 3 different internet networks, tested internet speed, deleted and reinstalled the game yet NOTHING! This is driving me nuts and for some reason trying to get a hold of EA in any matter is a nightmare - hopefully someone in the EA coding team can help here as im just stuck with this screen anytime i load even into time trials and load the leaderboards - PLEASE HELPOnline Services Error - Error code 2631071469:S
This is like third time I am reporting this issue across different forums and I havent received any answer yet. Is there some support chat where I can get the guaranteed help regarding my issue? The issue: Cannot connect to online services in the game and getting the error code 2631071469:S First I thought the issue is with my internet but it doesn't connect even with VPN/Exitlag I tried changing dns, resetting my network, redownloading the game I am on PC/Steam Also might be related, I do have a similar issue on dirt 2 which afaik also uses racenet (error code e4669c75-3d-58). EA support may be the most useless group for any game company. I have been greeted with a suspended account message on login on F1 25 after taking a few months break. When I go to the EA page, I have no ban history. Every time I have contacted any support agent, they say I am not banned and have no idea why I see this message. After talking with support for months, instead of helping me, they ignore me. I am now not able to get in contact with anyone, and the robot on the support page is somehow more useless than any human I have had the absolute pleasure speaking with. I am asking to get this issue resolved, or just give me my money back. This is just one expensive paperweight with a phenomenal support group to help me out and get to the bottom of any issues I have.
