Can’t connect to multiplayer sessions.
Unable to connect to anything when it is multiplayer, have checked my connection to make sure it is not me. When I try to join two player career with a friend and multiplayer Grand Prix it just loads for a long time and then says failed to join session. One of my friends is having the same problem so it’s not just me.F1 Account suspended
I bought the game at 7th july, activated it and didn't played it because i waited for my sim rig. I first time turned on the game at 23rd july and i already got a notification in game that my account is suspended. Before i played less than 5 hours through steam with ea play trial version of f1 25 and it was private lobby with friends. Never cheat or broke any rules in any EA game. There is nothing on here: https://help.ea.com/en/my-ban-history/ Already made 2 cases through this website https://help.ea.com/en/solutions/?product=ea-account&category=manage-my-account&topic=dispute-ban-suspension First time i got ask for some details about account, some support code and was told to make another case through the same link. I did it, provided screen from in game about issue and got once again asked to make case THROUGH THE SAME LINK, 3RD CASE. Like anyone even reads what i write in those cases and emails? Can i finally get some help because i can't play the game i paid for? Can i message someone else directly to get any idea what is going on?Cant Connect Online
F1 25 requires an update to connect to online services while i already have the latest steam update downloaded, i cant play online nor connect to game services and i have contacted ea help all they did was tell me that i need to reinstall the game which i have done 3 times as per their request, they told me to wait and hope that "fruitful Changes" can occur and i can play online, i have bought the game yesterday and cant refund it because it took me around 3 hours with the support team asking about screenshots and video proof of the issue for nothing to be done, if anyone has a fix please helpInfinite "Communicating With Online Services"
Platform: PC (Steam) Issue: Since updating to patch v1.0.7, F1 25 gets stuck on the "Communicating with Online Services" screen when I launch the game. Even though I have an active internet connection and it appears to successfully connect, the game stays in this state indefinitely. The only temporary fix I've found is to disconnect and reconnect my internet connection, after which the game proceeds past this screen. However, this is frustrating to do every time I launch the game. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Launch F1 25 (post-patch v1.0.7) 2. Wait at the "Communicating with Online Services" screen 3. Observe it hanging indefinitely 4. Disconnect and reconnect internet 5. Game continues normally after that Expected Result: Game should connect to online services and proceed without needing manual internet reconnection. Actual Result: Stuck on the loading screen until internet is manually reset. Patch Version: v1.0.7 Additional Notes: This issue only began after the v1.0.7 update. Prior to this, online connection was smooth without any need to reset the internet.Somehow I got my account suspended
I bought the EA pass last month to play F1 25, and today I decided to buy the game since it's on sale. I downloaded it and when I started it, I got a message that said ,,Your account is suspended" (I attached a photo). I checked my ban history on their site and it's says that I have no ban history. I haven't played with hacks or anything. When I had the game through the EA pass I barely played online but now I want to play 2 player career with one of my friends. I opened a case on EA help, but if anyone knows a fix I would be really glad to try it.Communicating with online services
I purposely cancelled any attempt for F1 25 (on PC) to connect to EA when I first got this game as I know there can be issues. Anyway, clever me decided it would now be fine to do. I've come back to the game for a third time after that choice and the game just sits there with "Communicating with online services" at the top left of the screen. 20 minutes I've been waiting now and I've tried this several times (had to manually close the game). My internet is working great but I now can't play the game as there's not even a cancel button that appears to allow me to stop this attempted connection from starting in the first place. There's also no cancel button after it starts trying to connect which is a really strange omission! Please sort this as I have a £50 game I can't use now :(
