Hi, I purchased F1 25 for the PlayStation five on disc and I’ve just purchased the F1 25 Iconic Edition Upgrade through the PlayStation Store, but it shows on my Transaction History that the purchase went through, but it still says the price on the store so I can’t download it. I have included pic of the receipt and what it says on my store still. I have tried renewing the licenses, but we that hasn’t help.

I would use Sony's online chat support. I used it once and only had to wait 30 seconds for a real person (or I was chatting with a well-programmed AI assistant)
I’ve tried them and spoke to someone on chat and he told me to restore the licenses, but I did that to no avail and then he told me to get in touch with EA, I thought it would be a Sony problem.

Could you confirm what you see when you boot the game? When you purchase the Iconic Edition Upgrade, there is no download, as it is instantly granted to your account.
If you go to the Manage game content, do you see the Iconic and Apex packs for example, or if you boot the game, do you see the Lewis Hamilton Helmets and Decals for example?

I purchased the Iconic Edition of F1 25 on May 30th and when I went to play it today on my PS5, it showed up as the Standard Edition and did not grant me any of the Iconic Edition bonuses. I then purchased the Iconic Edition Add-On thinking this would give me access, to no avail. I tried restoring licenses, updating the game and software and restarting the console.

I have tried every possible trouble shooting step. PS said to contact EA Sports which I have done. You have said its a PS issue. I also have Standard edition when I have paid for Iconic Edition. I have had no success and am not getting a refund either from anyone. All I would like is the Iconic edition that I have paid for. I cant see anyway out of this and PS have taken £40 off me (Standard Edition £50 and Iconic £89.99)

To those following this thread: I want to revise my prior comment to avoid confusion. My understanding is now that if you did the pre-order, the Movie Scenario DLC was included for free.
If you ordered the Iconic Edition after the release date, the movie scenarios are no longer included and you have to buy the Movie Scenario DLC for USD 9.99. However, the Iconic Edition includes the option to use the fictional team from the movie in career mode. To avoid confusion, they should have put all of the movie content onto one DLC and then made the Iconic Edition should have been the 18,000 Pit-coins, the Lewis Hamilton pack, F3 icons, and the F1 World Bumper Pack.
Let me know if I'm still getting something wrong here. Sorry for adding to any earlier confusion.
Did you ever get a resolution to this? I'm experiencing the same thing. I can only download the standard edition even though I paid for the iconic.
