F1 25 won't update or install
I tried to update F125 recently and it kept coming up with download error. I tried everything suggested by the EA help team, including deleting and reinstalling the game and faced with the same issue. The game continues to encounter a download error. I've tried EVERYTHING suggested to me by EA help and nothing works, and for some reason commenting my issue on here is the only necessary next step that will allow them to find a solution for me. Please help me download F125 so I can play it again. It's been 3 weeks...
F1 25/26 Xbox Series X Overheating Warning and Console Shutdown since 26 dlc
Platform: Xbox Series X Issue Summary: I am experiencing overheating warnings and occasional console shutdowns while playing F1 25 on Xbox Series X. The issue appears to occur almost exclusively during the main menu, pre-race trackside cameras, and session transitions. What makes this issue unusual is that it does not occur during actual gameplay. I have successfully completed long race sessions, including a full 71-lap Austrian Grand Prix, without overheating warnings or shutdowns. Observed Behavior: Fan speed becomes extremely high while in the main menu or trackside camera sequences. The console may display an overheating warning and, in some cases, completely power off. After restarting the console, Xbox displays the overheating protection message. Once qualifying, formation laps, sprint races, or Grand Prix races begin, fan speed drops significantly and the game becomes stable. I have never experienced an overheating shutdown during qualifying, formation laps, sprint races, or Grand Prix races. Troubleshooting Performed: Moved Xbox to an open, well-ventilated area. Played in an air-conditioned room. Tested both 4K and 1080p output. Used Performance Mode. Allowed the console to cool for several hours before testing. Verified that other games operate normally. Additional Information: Other games such as NBA 2K26, MLB The Show, Madden, and College Football run for extended periods without overheating warnings, excessive fan behavior, or console shutdowns. Because the issue consistently occurs during menus, trackside cameras, or pre-race presentation sequences rather than during actual races, I believe there may be a specific performance or optimization issue related to these scenes on Xbox Series X. Please investigate whether menu, garage, trackside camera, or pre-race presentation sequences are causing abnormal hardware load or thermal behavior on Xbox Series XF1 25 Driver Rating Stuck on Day-One/Release Ratings
This is a long one but I am going to try to be as concise as possible. I downloaded F1 25 through Xbox Game Pass/EA Play about a month and a half ago and have began numerous My Team Career Modes since. Each of these careers had the same driver ratings, which were the most updated ratings at that time (from ~5/10/26 onwards) and thus the "correct" ratings for a new save to start with. Roughly a week ago, I decided to start a Driver Career for the first time and I played through the 2024 F2 season to start it off. After the season was over, I was prompted to change the ratings of the drivers to reflect (what I thought was) the way that the rookie participants ratings shifted over the fictional F2 season I had just played. I have since learned that the ratings I have in my game currently (and the one that I chose on the screen/prompt I just mentioned) are just the default, day-one ratings for F1 25 when it initially shipped. These "new" (day-one default) ratings are now the ratings in every bit of my game. For example, if I now try to start a My Team Career, the driver ratings are the out-of-date ratings from over a year ago. I would like to be able to start a new My Team Career with the proper ratings. In troubleshooting this, I have already tried: - uninstalling/reinstalling - deleting local save data in-game - deleting all save data (local and cloud) for game from Xbox console - various methods of attempting to force the "update driver ratings" mailbox message **A note on this one: I have been able to make the message appear and I'm sure I can again with another uninstall/reinstall. F1 25 keeps crashing during a race
So I have always noticed for awhile that the game keeps on crashing to the desktop and everytime it is the same thing in event viewer: The game f1_25.exe exited unexpectedly, exit code: 0xFFFFFFFF -------------- Exception code: 0xC0000005 Exception address: 0x14390BA24 Faulting module name: D:\Steam games\steamapps\common\F1 25\F1_25.exe, base: 0x140000000 Fault offset: 0x390BA24 I do not know what to do now,m I have enabled Simultaneous Multithreading for my AMD ryzen 9950X with also enabling the automatic overclocking in the Nvidia app for my 4090, the game should run fine or even perfectly but for some reason it always randomly crashes and it always happens during a race for some reason. I do not know what to do now.Can't download F1 25 from library - says I don't own it
My husband purchased F1 25 for my son on his account. However, my son actually plays on my account. Over the last few days, I have spent 3 hours on chat with various different people who have now told me that they can't help anymore and to try posting here. The guys on EA chat merged my husband's and my account and I can see the game in my library but cannot get it to download as it tells me I do not own the game. It has been 4 days since accounts were merged. Can anyone help? Can't help thinking this is some con to make us buy it again....Theres no name or badge or currency in the top right corner in the menu
since i once closed my game and then opened it again trough a join button on steam with a friend my game has been missing stuff, theres no name,badge, currency or alltogether the shop, paddock pass, friends page. plus my timetrial closes when im loading in the loading screen. pls help.
