F1® 25 DLC Description Mismatch – APXGP Team and Unlockables Not Available in Driver Career I purchased F1® 25 and the F1® The Movie related DLC on Steam. The Steam store page clearly states the following description: Experience the thrill of F1® The Movie in F1® 25. Step into the APXGP cockpit and play through six adrenaline-fueled scenarios inspired by the movie. Race your teammate at Silverstone, push the limits in wet conditions at Monza, and finish dramatically under the bright lights of Abu Dhabi. Unlock the Joshua Pearce helmet usable in F1® World or Driver Career, and complete all chapters to unlock the Sonny Hayes helmet. However, in the actual game, I am experiencing the following issues: The APXGP team is not available in Driver Career mode The APXGP team is also not selectable in Team Career mode The Joshua Pearce helmet listed in the DLC description is not unlocked or received The only DLC content I actually received is: The six movie scenario chapters The Sonny Hayes helmet This means that content clearly described as usable in “F1® World or Driver Career” is not actually provided. Since EA Help is currently unavailable, I am reporting this issue through the official EA forum and would appreciate clarification on the following points: Is the APXGP team intended to be unavailable in Driver Career or Team Career modes? If so, why is this limitation not clearly stated on the Steam store page? Why is the Joshua Pearce helmet, which is explicitly listed, not available? Will this issue be resolved through a future update, or will the store description be corrected? If this is a case of mismatched product description and delivered content, will compensation or corrective action be provided? This discrepancy affects purchasing decisions, and I kindly request an official response and resolution. Thank you.
F125 PS5 can’t download DLC
Hi, I purchased F1 25 for the PlayStation five on disc and I’ve just purchased the F1 25 Iconic Edition Upgrade through the PlayStation Store, but it shows on my Transaction History that the purchase went through, but it still says the price on the store so I can’t download it. I have included pic of the receipt and what it says on my store still. I have tried renewing the licenses, but we that hasn’t help. please hep Regards MarkUpdate to Latest Version Bug
Ever since the new update came out, this message has been popping out every time and I can't connect online. There's no option for me to update the game at all on Steam. I've tried clearing download cache, verified game files, and even reinstalled it - still it doesn't update for me. Any solution to this?Game files missing no multiplayer no offline "update to latest version"
When downloaded the game the first problem was that it did not show up on the EA app. When I launch the game it says "Update to the latest version" and is not letting me play online. When I try to play offline it kicks me out of the game. I tried everything that live chat advised me to it didn't work. There are also 3 files missing. I CAN NOT REFUND THE GAME TO MY BANK BECAUSE OF STEAM.F1 25 Save Progress Missing
I just logged in to F1 25 (had it uninstalled for a day) Reinstalled it along with my save file. Went into My Career & My Team. It deleted almost all my progress. It deleted my entire save of My Team (was currently in Season 6) & almost all my progress of My Career (Was in Saeson 10, reverted back to season 3). Happened of PS5. Yes i did try to redownload the save after this & reinstall. 278 hrs of progress gone. How does this even happen in the year 2025? Makes me question if I will even buy F1 26My driver career progress lost after last update
Just checking to see if anyone has ever experienced mycareer progress wipe out? I've been doing a my career and was about 6 seasons in and raised my drivers rating to a 96. When I got on the game yesterday after update 01.008.000 I was back to season 1 and all of my progress/trophies lost. I went to cloud storage and that save file is also back to season 1 of my career. It's like everything was completely purged. Anyone ever run into this and any possible fixes?
