F125 PS5 can’t download DLC

Hi, I purchased F1 25 for the PlayStation five on disc and I’ve just purchased the F1 25 Iconic Edition Upgrade through the PlayStation Store, but it shows on my Transaction History that the purchase went through, but it still says the price on the store so I can’t download it. I have included pic of the receipt and what it says on my store still. I have tried renewing  the licenses, but we that hasn’t help.

    Hey there,

    Have any of you followed any troubleshooting steps (i.e.: restore licenses, power cycle the console) to try to solve the issue? It would be good to see if you have followed any steps so our team knows what has been done already.

  • Hey EA,

    I purchased the Iconic Edition of F1 25 on May 30th and when I went to play it today on my PS5, it showed up as the Standard Edition and did not grant me any of the Iconic Edition bonuses. I then purchased the Iconic Edition Add-On thinking this would give me access, to no avail. I tried restoring licenses, updating the game and software and restarting the console.

    HI zippy300473​  - thanks for getting in touch and reporting the issue on the forums.

    Could you confirm what you see when you boot the game? When you purchase the Iconic Edition Upgrade, there is no download, as it is instantly granted to your account.

    If you go to the Manage game content, do you see the Iconic and Apex packs for example, or if you boot the game, do you see the Lewis Hamilton Helmets and Decals for example?

    Please could you provide more information to help us assist you here.

    I’ve tried them and spoke to someone on chat and he told me to restore the licenses, but I did that to no avail and then he told me to get in touch with EA, I thought it would be a Sony problem.

  • I would use Sony's online chat support. I used it once and only had to wait 30 seconds for a real person (or I was chatting with a well-programmed AI assistant)
