F2 qualifying AI fuel level

Secondly, why does the AI ​​go out for 1 measuring lap, come back and then go out for 1 lap again and not drive all the time. It looks like the AI ​​is going out with less fuel (AI cheating). This needs to be fixed.

The AI ​​has fuel for 3 laps and we have about 11 laps. This is a huge bug in the game. It ruins qualifying, strategies, the whole GP.
