Game crashes at random intervals

Hi, so i bought the game with the steam promo some days ago,
I start a race it's fine, i go for a second then drive for 2-10 min then controller disconnects for a sec, game freezes for half a sec then everything is fine for 3 secondes then back to desktop.
It usually happens on the Second Race i do. sometimes the first one.

I tried Every settings possible, with , without frs/dsll/framegen/upscaling/low-mid-high-ultra/144-60fps.
capping fps to 60 seems to make it last a bit longer, not sure tho.

hope this get's fixed soon, i've seen a lot of comments about the steam community page and starting this game takes SOOO LONG (+ why is there a menu before the main menu?! don't care about the 'news')

    I also tried to repair the game via steam and reinstalled the anticheat.

    Putting the game full screen, connecting the controller to a direct usb and capping to 60 fps seems to have done the trick. 
    But why tho?

    as i wrote that and launched race , the game crashed again.

    Hey there, 

    I'm sorry to hear that your game is crashing. Could you please share a DxDiag and the report code with us? 

    Instructions to get a DxDiag: https://help.ea.com/en/articles/technical-issues/dxdiag-information-pc/ 

    Please include the Report Code (you can get it from the Pause menu, bottom left of the screen; it looks like ABCD-EFGH-IJKL-MNOP). Codes are always letters, so if you think something is a "2," it might be a "Z," or if you think it might be a "0," then it will be an "O."

    i bought a new controller.
    the other one had a little problem with disconnects if cable had the wrong angle (and i noticed that it disconnected for miliseconds from time to time (thanks steam UI, controller was poping out then back in on 2nd screen) 

    So thanks to this img popping in and out when my game crashed i went to buy a new controller and it seems to be running smooth (2nd race and still no crash) 
    Will keep updating.

    Can confirm, first time i've been able to play for more than an hour straight.
    There is something weird with the game and controller disconnection it seems.
    But my problem is now gone so, thanks a bye !
