Same here on 4070 Super 12 GB and 16 GB RAM. Unstable FPS making difficult to drive ; CPU and GPU are stable below 70% with low temps. Seems to be a RAM abuse, causing a lot of swap file activity ? A lot of hard pagefaults (MILLIONS)
