IA DOES NOT STOP TO SWITCH TO SOFT TIRES AFTER TRACK DRIED

I was playing Formula 2 in an Imola race. The main race started raining and by lap 14 the track was completely dry, but the drivers didn't stop to change tires, they continued with the Wet tire until the end of the race
