Insane AI Difficulty Increase

I don't know if it's just my game or what, but when playing in Jeddah, I qualified last on 70 difficulty in career mode.  Started a new career, same track, same set up, ran a lap .3 slower and qualified first on 65 difficulty.  Also, there is no difference in AI lap times between 110 difficulty and 70 difficulty for me.
