Career Mode, was in the Imola GP. Engineer reported incoming rain. Then out of nowhere, I felt the car slipping around as if it was raining but no visible rain and engineer still saying "rain coming any minute now." Hopped onto some Inters and as the track got "wet" even though there was no visible rain I felt the difference. Majority of AI also hopped onto inters. Those who stayed on hards slowed down incredibly. Whenever I would ask engineer "weather report" after pitting for inters, I got no response. The only time I saw rain was a singular rain drop on my screen. Nothing else. Just pure, invisible rain.

I had the same issue in Bahrain and Imola
I've had the same issue in MyTeam in Japan on PS5. The race started dry. Then after five or so laps the track surface got ever so slightly darker and it became slippery but there were no visible raindrops. Then after one or two more laps my engineer told me that it's time for inters, and only then did it start to visibly drizzle.
I had a similar experience in China during Q3. Rain was forecasted to be 10 minutes out. I let the AI complete their lap and then I set out for mine. In Q2 I was roughly 1.5 seconds off the fastest time. For the whole push lap I could not put the power down nor could I get any rotation in the low speed corners. There was no indication of rain from either the track or my halo. I ended up being 5.2 seconds off the fastest lap. I admit that I was getting extremely frustrated because the car felt so different from Q2 to Q3. Out of my frustration I decided to restart Q3. I went out when the AI did, I was on the exact same setup and no slipstream from a car ahead. I ended up being 1.5 seconds off the fastest lap. See results below.
EA please address this issue.
Same at Imola..lap times 30 seconds slower than during qualifying on dry ground even though on red rubber...No visible rain..but sliding at every corner...That's a bit of a borderline bug in a pseudo F1 simulation..Finally, one more bug for EA.
