Hey everyone, I can confirm the problems stated in this thread is most definitely real and a super annoying thing.
I currently have (and for more then a week have had) a 1000 tech level rated car, yet it performs worse than people with 200 tech level cars.

But in conclusion, this is a major issue when you get higher tech levels. Its been a problem since about 15th of June (or slightly later), because on the 13th and 14th of June I have documented times which are much quicker (2-5 seconds a lap) then I can replicate today. Though my tech level is maxed out now, compared to the 500-600 range on the 14th of June.
Something has happened since then (some time between 15th and 28th of June).
Please address this issue, EA. Its currently super demotivating to even load up F1 World, a game mode that suppose to reward the grind of getting better car parts and team members.
