Issues syncing between qualifying and the race

When finishing qualifying, in most races since the new patch, the race starting order doesn't reflect the qualifying result.

I have had scenarios where I start on pole position, but when I load in to start the race, I am at the front of the pack but immediately get blue flags to allow the race leader to pass on lights out. My most recent example in two player career, I started in Bahrain in first, my friend in second. When the lights went out, Esteban Ocon was in first position, one full lap ahead.

Other examples would be finish P1 and P2 in qualifying but starting in P14 and P19
