License level is broken

So basically, i did the wet weather 35% GP event perfectly at level C, 18 clean laps as said by the game, and when i left i come to find out i dropped to level D? I was license level A on the last game by the way so there is clearly an issue with the system as i was also losing license level at insane rates in online lobbies while gaining nothing. Please fix this, i kinda like playing ranked and now im stuck in level C lobbies where i get crashed out every race. Thanks.
