I am on season 3 my team nearly fully upgraded the car and it's still the slowest in grid even when the AI haven't done many upgrades, it seems like the ceiling for performance on the car is ridiculo...

Havingh the same problem. I'm in mid of season 2 and still 8/11 team strength no matter how much and how fast i do R&D. i nearly have done all upgrades but it seems the Top 4 are always out of reach.
