Myteam Incorrect Season Results Drivers

In my team the season results will often show up wrong with the drivers you are using. Season 1 I had Franco Colopinto and Juan Manuel Correa. Season 2 I had Juan Manuel Correa and Isack Hadjar. Season 3 I have Kimi Antonelli and Lewis Hamilton. When checking the Season Results tab and going back on seasons it’s appearing that Lewis Hamilton was on my team for the past 3 years (not possible as he starts out at Ferrari always), and that Kimi was at Ferrari for season 1 (not possible as he starts out at Mercedes always) and Isack Hadjar was at Mercedes (not possible as he starts out at Vcarb always). Season 2 once again says I had Lewis Hamilton (despite not signing him) and that Isack Hadjar (who I signed) was at Mercedes. I don’t know why this occurs as Isack Hadjar didn’t even move to Mercedes ever. I have not made it far enough to test out if it’s the same for the other seasons, mostly just a visual bug except for the fact that in the “Trophies” tab I have all the podium trophies that Lewis Hamilton obtained from season 1 and makes my team look way better from season 1.
