No in game sound effects Cars,Commentator but music works?

Sound is working with other titles fine . Adjusting settings doesn't change the problem either . When in game all sound except in game soundtrack is silent.  When soundtrack is switched off it is completely silent . When changing settings subtitles display but Crofty is not audible . System sounds are audible when navigating through menus .
