Number 7 not available despite Doohan removal.

Title explains pretty much everything really, despite Jack Doohan being removed from the game, the Number 7 that he previously used isn't available for the players to use. In F1 23 when De Vries was removed, his number 21 was made available, so I feel as if the number 7 should be made available, especially considering how popular of a number it is in the world of sport, I feel many players would like this change.
