The achievement for winning the constructor's championship doesn't unlock when you complete it. I have won it twice in My Team, and neither time did it unlock.

Sorry about that! I have updated it. Sometimes, if a thread has no activity, then it might go down the list, and I might miss it, and the status might not be updated.
