The Community Raised Issues thread has a list of some of the issues that are indeed being investigated, but that list doesn't include all the issues that are under investigation.

Hello EA_Groguet , I just wanted to let you know that it's not a one time issue, I just finished another season and won the constructors championship again, but again didn't receive the "One for the team" trophy.
