Online connection issue when playing Online multiplayer GP

HiEA_Groguet​  i tried to play a multi player online grand prix with my brother. Both on seperate playstations, however we can invite each other to a game, but as soon as we press ‘go to track’ and start driving out the garage, the message that “has left the session” appears instantly , and we are both disconnected losing access to online features. we have tried restarting wifi, hotspot connection, deleting and downloading game, clearing cache etc 

 

Nothing has worked and we can’t race vs each other. 

 

Very annoying as i have just bought him the f126 DLC last night and this issue means we haven’t been able to race each other. 

 

Please can someone let me know what to do. I have tried anything and everything.

    Hey there,

    So you are both in the same connection when trying?

    I see that you told me you have used a hotspot connection. Have you tried to be one PlayStation via hotspot and the other connected through Wifi?

    Could you also share both Report codes?

    Hi Groguet, yes i have tried one ps on hotspot and one on wifi, i will attach the error.

    Do you mean 1040961597:s

     

    Just providing you the code? the same code appeared on my brothers playstation, there is no issue when i play v my friend, but when i play my brother we cant get onto track.
