I experienced this problem 2 days ago and it's happening again. It just solved by itself at first time but now I'm not sure when it will be. I've also read all the messages in the mailbox. ...

1 day agoWe’re sorry for the frustration this issue has caused. While the team continues to look into it, players affected can try the following workaround:
- Ensure that all messages in your in‑game inbox are deleted.
- Wait until the “Communicating with online services” message in the top‑right corner disappears. This may take 1–2 minutes, depending on your connection.
- Once the message clears, the game should connect as expected.
Please give this a try and let us know whether it helps. Thanks for your patience and for taking the time to report the issue.

......what are you talking about?
on the post, I said I read all the message
I always clear the mailbox because I hate that infinite "communicating with online services"
is there any possibilities that this could be a router issue
weird thing is that in korea, only people using sk internet are experiencing this problem
- I tried port fowarding on my router opening 20777 (TCP+UDP)
- I changed NAT mode to Bridge in WAN setting.
- I changed DNS to 1.1.1.1(or8.8.8.8)
but all of them didn't work.
Luckly, using vpn has worked but I don't see it as an absolute solution.
So, please give me other options to try.

Same as above thoEA_cuervo ive tried everything including can possibly imagine/it just wont download f1 world data or connect to online services! Ive missed just over a month of league racing because of this and this is the second time its happened, the first time was for over 2 weeks -
reset network settings
reset my ps5
cleared cache/cookies etc
deleted and redownloaded the game twice
checked ea raceplay is online which it states it is however when going into “League Racing” on f125 it states that EA Raceplay is not currently available??
checked my psn account is linked to ea
tried ethernet connection instead of wireless
tried another ps5 user login and ea account to see if its just my account but it isnt
theres literally no fix for this thing and its just £60+ wasted at this rate - Am i going to have to wait till f1 26 to race at all? Or is that game going to be just as much of a let down as this game?

Thanks for letting us know you tried the steps and that they didn’t work for you. We understand how frustrating that can be. That said, several other players experiencing the same issue were able to resolve it using those steps, which is why we’ve kept the workaround pinned. This helps ensure as many players as possible can see it, try it, and hopefully get back into the game.
You also mentioned that using a VPN has worked for you. Could you please confirm your region and your internet service provider? That information could help the team narrow down the root cause of the issue.

The problem has solved since around 11 pm Korean standard time. I just did a race online for an hour with no issue!
I'm using SK broadband's internet service. And I heard SK users were experiencing the same problem also with Rockstar's Games such as GTA5 and RDR2. It seemed like it couldn't connect to Rockstar's cloud server. But SK was really uncooperative despite of many claims.
I'm not sure if it can happen again but right now, I'm happy.
Thank you for listening and let me know if you need any more information to investigate.
