Online service error

I experienced this problem 2 days ago and it's happening again.

It just solved by itself at first time but now I'm not sure when it will be.

I've also read all the messages in the mailbox.

I retried to connect in the mailbox and got a connection one time but I lost connection again when I tried to enter f1 world.

And the error code keeps changing.

Please check and let me know what I can do.

p.s. I got connection as soon as I edited this post... this is so random. this time, it took about 60~70 hours to get fixed.

p.s.  I lost it again. it just last 3 min wtf.

The game is not completely offline. The in-game online status can show as connected, and I was able to play multiplayer. Podium Pass reward status also appears to persist.

However, online services errors continue to appear. F1 World is accessible, but some detailed tabs appear incomplete or missing data. Mailbox / Player Hub seems suspicious because opening Mailbox previously caused another disconnect.

    Troubleshooting already done:
    - Clean reinstall
    - Steam file verification
    - Steam Cloud disabled
    - Local Documents\My Games\F1 25 folder renamed
    - EA App cache cleared
    - Windows network reset
    - EA password changed
    - USB tethering tested
    - VPN/TAP/NordVPN adapters disabled

Could this be related to F1 World / Mailbox / Player Hub profile data loading server-side?

    Hi,

I am having repeated online services errors in F1 25 on PC Steam.

The game sometimes shows as connected, and I was able to play multiplayer once. However, I still keep getting online services errors, and F1 World / Mailbox / Player Hub data often does not load correctly.

    Error codes seen:

    2631071469:S

    172876784:S

    1275663935:S

    441083779:S

I have already tested on both my home wired connection and USB tethering. The issue happens on both networks.

I also reinstalled the game, cleared EA App cache, disabled Steam Cloud, renamed the local F1 25 folder, and confirmed that RaceNet shows my F1 data normally.

This looks like a partial online services or F1 World profile data issue rather than a full connection failure.

    Hi,

I am having a persistent online services issue with F1 25 on PC Steam.

    Platform:

    PC / Steam

    Issue:

F1 25 usually fails to connect to online services. Most attempts result in an online services error before I can use online features.

Very occasionally, the game connects briefly. In one of those rare successful attempts, I was able to enter Time Trial and view rankings/leaderboards for a short time. However, when I opened the Mailbox / Player Hub, the game disconnected from online services again.

So the issue is not simply that the Mailbox always disconnects me while everything else works. The broader issue is that online services mostly fail to connect, and even when the connection briefly succeeds, it can drop again when accessing Mailbox / Player Hub / F1 World data.

    Error codes seen:

    - 172876784:S

    - 2631071469:S

    - 1275663935:S

    - 441083779:S

    - ONLINE SERVICES ERROR without a code

    Messages seen:

    - "Failed to connect to online services. Please try again in a few moments."

    - "The game was interrupted while downloading F1 World data, therefore you have been disconnected from online services."

    Important details:

    - Online services usually fail to connect.

    - Time Trial and leaderboards usually also fail because online services fail first.

    - On a rare attempt where online services connected briefly, Time Trial rankings/leaderboards were visible.

    - On that same attempt, opening Mailbox / Player Hub caused another online services disconnect.

    - This may be related to F1 World / Mailbox / Player Hub / online profile data, but the overall issue affects online services generally.

    Troubleshooting already done:

    - Verified Steam files; Steam previously reacquired 288 files

    - Disabled Steam Cloud

    - Renamed Documents\My Games\F1 25 folder to isolate local profile/settings

    - Cleared EA App cache using App Recovery

    - Reset Windows network stack

    - Changed EA account password to refresh sessions

    - Confirmed EA account is linked to Steam

    - Confirmed RaceNet shows my F1 data normally

    - Completely reinstalled F1 25

    - Tested using USB tethering on a different network

    - Checked network adapters; VPN/TAP/NordVPN adapters were disabled

    Additional network test:

The issue persists on both my home wired connection and USB tethering. During USB tethering, my active network adapter was only "Remote NDIS based Internet Sharing Device"; NordVPN/NordLynx/OpenVPN/TAP adapters were disabled.

    Request:

Could this be caused by stuck or corrupted F1 World / Mailbox / Player Hub / online profile data on the server side, or an account-side online services session issue? Since the issue persists after a clean reinstall and also on a completely different network via USB tethering, please check whether my F1 World/profile data, online services session, or Steam/EA entitlement is failing server-side.
