Online services error

I was in the middle of playing two player career mode with a friend and all of a sudden after our race finished it came up with a message saying “failed to connect to online services. Please try again in a few moments” and gave the error code “2631071469:S”

My friend is seeing the same thing so it’s not just local to me.

I am now unable to play this game period - none of the games features are accessible at all.

i don’t normally pipe up on this forum, but after being unable to play two player career mode for nearly 2 weeks after the bodge job on the driver ratings update (which still isn’t completely fixed may I add) this is becoming beyond a joke. I’m starting to feel like I’ve been ripped off here.

please sort this out EA ASAP

It seems to be taking a bit longer than usual to connect but other than that it is connecting now.
