The real question EA should be asking is why this wasn’t an issue in previous games but suddenly is now.
The changed it on purpose because people complained about races always being a 1 stop strategy so they tried to induce more pit stops. Pad players just notice it more since it's easier to be smooth on a wheel.
I don't see them changing it as that would require them to adjust the AI and from what we've seen with other issues is that they're very hesitant to makes changes to the AI in the middle of a games cycle.

It's simply not right, in all F1s the wear was the same and on F1 25 it wasn't, this thing doesn't make sense

The underlying system is still the same, just due to higher wear rates any little imperfection is magnified and registers as more "damage" against the tyre. Since pad is inherently a less precise control system it's going to be more noticeable for pad players.
