Everytime I start the game my car is quiet, but only my car is quiet. Even the sound of my car reverberating off the walls is loud enough. All sound settings are at 10. The issue seems to fix itself...

I have the same issue I uninstalled then reinstalled and it hasn’t done anything to resolve the situation my volume is maxed as well .
