The bug is when i ran the race practice program at imola in F2 career mode, when i came through the final corner i slightly crossed into the pitlane entry which then removed the practice program and the laps i did. It did not recognise i did 5 laps. So issues seems to be when you cross over pit entry on a lap the practice program will be removed.
