Pre-race emails glitched

The pre-race emails (ie before you start practice/qualifying/race) are glitched/broken. Every time I get an email about new parts that have been developed, but it includes every new part on the car, even if it was put on the car several races ago. I've also noticed in the second season that if you've signed a new driver, then when playing as that driver you'll get the "welcome to the team" email every race weekend as well. Not a game-changing bug/glitch like others, but still annoying.
