I play NFL 26 and Pro tour golf and use my PS5 controller, (via bluetooth) without issue. F12025 will not recognize it is there, keyboard is only option I have to use in game. Please help

Officially the game only supports the PS5 controller through a usb connection, so you may want to give that a try. Also, if you're playing on Steam you can try enabling Steam Input.
im using the EA app from PC and i have tried connecting through bluetooth and wiring from my ps5 controller and it cant register. im only not able to use steam because i have an EA account (connected to steam) that is attached to an email that i have since deleted long time ago. :(
anyway i can contact EA and would get response from them? I live in Australia atm.
IIRC PlayStation controllers are not supported on the EA App at all. You can work around this by adding the EA App as a "game" into Steam manually and launching the EA App through there. This way it can use Steam's input interface.
You shouldn't need an e-mail or anything to do it this way, just need to have Steam installed.
