Race didnt finish After the checkered flag

The Imola GP in my MyTeam Career didnt finish After the checkered flag came out. I could continue driving. However there was no tirewear or change in times/ places, But I could get damage. I continued to Drive for two more laps until someone crashed and sent out the safety car and the red flag. In the red Flag Menu I was informed, that the time Limit hat been passed and that the times would be taken from the last Racing lap. I the continued with the Menu were I saw driver of the day while my car was bugging and the Podium sequence. After I clicked continue on the standing/Resultat the Game went to the black loading screen with the Bars in the high left corner. It was stuck there for atleast 20 mins until I restarted my console and I Had to Drive the Gp again. Was pretty frustating. Report Code is in the Screenshot.
