Red flag and fault spectating glitch

In my-team game mode when a fault and red flag occur at same time game proceeds into red flag but fault disappears and are stuck spectating the ai race, cannot rewind, and when  i tried to do a mid-session saved and reloaded it did not fix it and was stuck spectating the ai race for the full length of the race.
