hi, I just got my new rig today, it was working fine before I updated the drives on the wheel and the rs pc racing base, it’s not recognised my wheel since, can I please have some help

If you only updated the drivers, I would try updating the firmware as well, link to instructions below. If that doesn't work, then I would try rolling the driver back to the last version that worked.
