The game just has a black screen in the background so I I cant race or do anything. I've updated my graphics drivers and repaired the game on the ea app. I've checked and I have the right spec p so now I don't know what do.

I would try clearing the hardware settings, instructions in the link below are from F1 24 so you'll need to update the path to F1 25 but otherwise they should work.
