Speeding in the Pit Lane Monza

I was racing in Monza, I went in to pit but got a 10 second penalty for speeding in the pit lane. I made SURE I was in the right speed, still gave me it. I just move on, maybe I will recover. But, when I went to my garage to serve, I didn’t even serve it!
