I haven't found a solution yet, I thought it  could have been a case of my game was the standard edition as the game cover in my library is the standard edition, even though I pre ordered the iconic loyalty edition. I tried to launch the game again as the game is now out for full release, however still experiencing the same issue. 🤨

    The game didn’t unlock until 4pm gmt in the uk so I assume the basic version will be the same today.

      I have received a refund as I cannot play the game. I have a 5 hour game trial, tried to launch the game and the same issue occurs. 🤦‍♀️

      I really hope EA sort this issue out as I'm having to go back to F124!
