Help me please
My F1 25 just keeps crashing when it I press any button in the loading screen wheres Botas, Hamilton and Bortoleto(picture bellow). It soometimes crashes earlier or there pops up an error with EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.exe. And it was working before normally. This is the furthest I've got . Sorry for being it recorded on a phone. I purchased the game on Steam, and since the day I bought it, I have never been able to launch it properly. I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps: Reinstalling the game multiple times Updating my BIOS Verifying game file integrity in Steam (Steam always reports 3 missing files, and no matter how many times I reinstall or verify, the issue remains ) Closing all background applications that could potentially cause conflicts Despite all of this, the game either fails to launch at all, or it crashes within one to two minutes after launching. According to Windows Event Viewer, the crash appears to be related to EA Anti-Cheat. Below is the error information I found: Log Name: Application Source: Application Event ID: 1 Level: Error Error Details: EAAntiCheatService The game f1_25.exe exited unexpectedly, exit code: 0x1 This issue happens consistently every time I try to launch the game. I would like to know if this is a known issue with EA Anti-Cheat, and if there are any official fixes or additional troubleshooting steps I can try. Hello, First I would like to say that some weeks ago everything was working fine (even with F1 26 DLC) This morning I tried to play F1 25 with the DLC ON and the game would crash at start. Here is what I tried so far : - Update Windows 10 to Windows 11 - Uninstall possible software who could mess with anticheat (Corsair iCue, Nvidia APP, Discord, Msi Afterburner...) - Reinstall the game on the C:\ SSD - Uninstall and reinstall Javelin EA Anticheat The only thing who works is to uncheck F1 26 DLC in the steam settings of the game. Without the DLC the game launch fine. It's very disappointing. I don't care about online mode. Why the anticheat is mandatory if your software doesnt work ?Game Crashing Loading Race Weekend
I recently got F1 25, Via EA Play, i have been having issues with loading races Every time I try to load a new weekend on "My Career" the game loads for a few seconds and stops responding and then crashes with no real errors. In "Event Viewer" i get this message "Event 1000, EA Javelin Anti Cheat" "The game f1_25.exe exited unexpectedly, exit code: 0x186AA" I have, repaired and reinstalled the game, also repaired and reinstalled the anti cheat, all my drivers are up to date and etc. I have tried everything that i could think of including other peoples forums but nothing has been able to fix it. Its really weird because sometimes it will load and ill have no issues, Yesterday i loaded to weekends in a row but before i crashed over 25 times trying to fix it. Attempting to launch the game will result in a page fault and crash the entire computer. I am able to enjoy part of the game by launching the game into offline mode without the anti-cheat, but this is ridiculous. I can play other EA Javelin games like Battlefield 6 just fine. I have already tried every "fix" under the sun, from whitelisting the folder in WinDef, running everything as administrator, compatability modes, disabling the NVidia Overlay, etc. Attached to this post is my DxDiag, and below is the output of the crash dump run through WinDbg. PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA (50) Invalid system memory was referenced. This cannot be protected by try-except. Typically the address is just plain bad or it is pointing at freed memory. F1 25 Will not launch (Steam)
Like many many other users, I cannot launch F1 25 on my PC. When I attempt to launch the game in Stream I see the splash screen, which eventually closes. Then nothing happens. This is a fresh Windows 11 install with very few other applications installed. I've tried the following: -Disable antivirus (Windows Defender, no other AV installed) -Manually install EA Javelin software from F1 25 directory -Manually install EA Javelin software from download on EA website -EA Javelin software repair -Reinstall game from Steam -Run file validation in Steam -Install EA App -Run game as administrator -Verified list of incompatible software for EA Javelin (non installed) -Update Nvidia driver -Starting game with no Internet access -Verified local Documents directory was not pointing to OneDrive (registry entry was correct) I cannot attach hardware settings information, since heh game does not launch and will not create the directory. I cannot provide a report code, since the game does not launch. Below is a screen shot of the splash screen.
