I ahve no idea why this happens.

The game didn’t unlock until 4pm gmt in the uk so I assume the basic version will be the same today.
I have received a refund as I cannot play the game. I have a 5 hour game trial, tried to launch the game and the same issue occurs. 🤦♀️
I really hope EA sort this issue out as I'm having to go back to F124!
