The EA splash screen appearing and just going back to the EA app.

I finally got my game to launch, I have antivirus installed however my PC also had Norton 360. With both of these being installed the files were clashing which was preventing the game from launching. I uninstalled Norton 360 and the game launched for me fine and I was able to play the trial. 😊
