Issue Type: Race Logic / Penalty System
On lap 51 of 58, I failed to let a car through when shown a blue flag. As such, I received a 10 second time penalty. This penalty was not served during a pit stop before the end of the race.
Expected Result:
After a receiving a time penalty and not serving it during a pit stop, the game should correctly apply the time penalty in the race classification. In this case I should've lost at least two positions.
Actual Result:
I kept my position even though SAINZ and GASLY were less than 10 seconds behind me.
I suspect the game did not apply the penalty because I was a lap down on the leaders.
