I race at 100% and every time one of my tires is absolutely worn in like 5 laps. At Miami i spent 5 laps on hards and my right front was at 14%. The rest of my tires were at 3%.

I am playing driver and am having excessive tirewear every race, I have never been forced to do a 3 stop before in any of the F1 games, but miami I had to cause of the front left, but its not just Miami every race has extreme tire wear, I play 50% races, I have to drive tires to 70-80%wear to have a chance against the AI's pit stop strategies
Same. I had to do a two stop in Silverstone, and every other driver was able to do a one stop. It's like all tracks have Qatar levels of tire wear, but much worse.
And since the pit lane in Silverstone is the longest and slowest in the entire calendar, I lost my win, all because I can't conserve my tires with the pace I had to do to stay ahead of the AI.
We did a 2 player career last night in Miami (both on controllers) and the tyre wear was insane. Hard tyres were done after 5 laps, car all over the shop on turn in and exits. Impossible to compete with the AI (on 95 rating) with this kind of wear.
Try choosing the right setup and stop pushing turn 5. Also, look for the tyres research. I think this tyre wear is making the game fun. F1 24 was terrible as every time you would only chopes médiuns and hards
Just to expand on this, completed the same race weekend a couple of weeks earlier and there were no such problems, wear was gradual. Feels like the goalposts have dramatically moved since the update although nothing has officially been declared to have changed in the release notes.
I may have solved the issue I was having in Miami, although it's not specific to that track as I have tested this out on others since and they all have the same issue. In full practice (60 mins Long race lengths) a hard tyre is showing as having around only approx 15 laps of life. But in qualifying and race it's showing anywhere between 30-40 laps. Surely this is a bug.....
