Unplayable

Im still having an issue where the vibration is not working. I play on xbox series x and use a control. The vibration just disappears and you lose feeling on the brake and accelarator. Ive tried turning it on and off again but nothing works. Ive reported this issue previously and nothing has happened. The game is unplayable, im done with it now. As long as ea has the license there not getting anymore of my money. Ive been playing since 2010
