The williams driver suits has a strange texture on the chest area of the suit, even revalidating steam files did not fix the issue

Could you please try reinstalling your graphics card driver and deleting the hardware config settings?
These files can be found in C:\Users\USERID\Documents\My Games\F1 25\hardwaresettings. Delete both .xml files, and then restart your PC before loading up F1® 25.
