1/3 88+ icon player pick-Visual bug

This is my 2nd time posting about this issue as it still hasn’t been resolved and I’ve spoke to 6 people since it’s happened and they have all said they will tell someone else to help me but still no r9 in my club. I had a player pick between WW r9(95), WW prinz(93) and gattuso(88). I had very clearly selected the r9 and when I confirmed my selection it gave me the gattuso, I understand things like these can take time to validate what has happened but it’s been I think 3 days since the incident and i haven’t even had a email about it. If anyone who could help me with this issue at ea would email me I can provide proof that I did do the icon pick and that I selected r9 because I want to do my champs this weekend and not have to keep using a evo striker
