After completing the SBC and opening the pack I didn't recieve 7 players rated 84 and above. Somehow packed a multiple players rated under 84. Lowest rated lmayer in the pack was 80 rated.

The pack is supposedly to contain 10 total players, only 7 of which are guaranteed to be rated 84 or higher. Is there a chance that only 3 of your players were rated lower than 84?
