87x 15 Season Reward Missing

Hello! I’m just here to report a bug that occurred on my account and probably several others - the end of season reward from the season that just passed was claimed on my account, but it was never received. I’ve attached an photo of proof of me reaching level 40, but none of the rewards (claimed or unclaimed) from that level are on/in my account. I’ve made a support ticket describing this as well.
